PURPOSE: Researchers are investigating the effectiveness of a home-based physical activity (PA) intervention in youth.
PARTICIPANTS: Children ages 8 to 11 years who are obese (body mass index 95 percent) and do not have Prader-Willi Syndrome and one parent/guardian.
